About CircleFunds

We're building a platform that makes it easy for people to save together with friends, family, and trusted communities. Think of it as the digital upgrade to the traditional *ajo* or *esusu* and cooperative society system, but with structure, transparency, and automation baked in. Our mission is simple: create a user-friendly experience that helps people stay consistent, hit big financial goals, and build better money habits, all while doing it together.

Whether you're saving for school, rent, business, or something big and personal, Circle Funds makes the journey smoother and more collaborative. Building impactful products for real people is both challenging and rewarding. We're looking for teammates who care about making finance more inclusive, and who are excited to help shape a product that truly empowers its users.

Role Overview

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
  • Experience in working with influencers and local community engagement to drive product adoption.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with agents, regional coordinators, and the executive team.
  • Hands-on mindset: Ability to step into the shoes of an agent or regional coordinator when required, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Problem-solving skills to manage operational issues and ensure the success of savings groups.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in bank or fintech.
  • Two years in a similar role previously.
  • Knowledge of offline savings systems (e.g., Ajo, Esusu, or similar) in Nigeria or other emerging markets.

What We Offer

  • An exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing fintech company.
  • Competitive compensation, including performance-based incentives.
  • A dynamic, inclusive, and innovative environment where your contributions will make a tangible impact.
